Terms of Use & Sale

1. Purpose

Bladna Immo (the “Platform”) is an online real-estate listings service in Morocco letting individuals and professionals publish, search and view properties for sale or rent. These terms govern access to and use of the Platform, operated by ⟨LEGAL_ENTITY⟩.

2. Account

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

3. Listings

Listings must be accurate, lawful and concern real properties you are entitled to offer. Fraudulent, duplicate, misleading or infringing listings are prohibited. Bladna Immo may moderate, suspend or remove non-compliant listings.

Prices shown in euro are indicative only: the reference price is the one in Moroccan dirham (MAD). The conversion is refreshed daily from a public source, may differ from the real rate, and has no contractual value.

4. Paid professional offers

Agencies may take subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and à-la-carte options (featured “boost”, bump-to-top, extra listing credits, area sponsorship). Prices are shown and charged in Moroccan dirham (MAD), plus taxes where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date via the billing area. À-la-carte options are delivered immediately on payment and are non-refundable once fulfilled, save where mandatory law provides otherwise. ⟨REFUND_POLICY_TO_CONFIRM⟩

5. Mandates & introductions (consent)

A private seller may enable the “mandates” option on a listing to be contacted by agencies. This sharing is based on the seller’s explicit, revocable consent; revocation takes effect going forward. See the Privacy Policy for the data shared.

6. Liability

Bladna Immo is a technical intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users. We do not warrant the accuracy of user listings. The Platform is provided “as is”; our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Bladna Immo’s brand, logo, interface and own content are protected. You keep your rights in the content you post and grant Bladna Immo a non-exclusive licence to host and display it to operate the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or fraudulent use.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute, failing amicable settlement, falls under the competent courts of ⟨CITY⟩. ⟨DISPUTE_CLAUSE_TO_CONFIRM⟩
